A Certified Red Seal Diesel Technician, Jeremie brings over a decade of hands-on and leadership experience, including more than five years in the Truck and Transport industry where he successfully managed operations and teams.
Jeremie’s background combines deep technical knowledge with proven management capabilities, allowing him to deliver efficient, customer-focused service. His strong communication skills and commitment to quality make him a trusted partner for both existing and new Maritime Hydraulic clients.

With over 30 years of experience in the machining industry, Vince brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Operations Manager at Maritime Hydraulic. Vincent oversees a broad range of departments—including floor operations, truck logistics, fabrication, CNC machining, the truck bay, pump room, and machine shop—ensuring on-time and quality products throughout the entire shop.
In addition to managing daily operations, Vince plays a key role in customer service and quote preparation, always focused on delivering timely, high-quality solutions. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he is deeply committed to supporting his team and empowering them to perform at their best.
